Copyright Policy

Omah Kreator Press respects and protects the intellectual property rights of authors and is committed to publishing scholarly works in accordance with applicable copyright laws and international publishing standards.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate publishing agreement, copyright remains with the author(s). By accepting publication with Omah Kreator Press, the author(s) grant the publisher a non-exclusive license to edit, publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, preserve, and make the work available in both print and electronic formats.

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights:

  • Ownership of the copyright to their work.

  • The right to be identified as the author(s) of the work.

  • The right to reuse all or part of the work in future scholarly publications with appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication.

  • The right to deposit the published version in institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networking platforms, subject to the applicable license.

  • The right to distribute copies of the publication for educational and research purposes.

Publisher Rights

Omah Kreator Press is granted the right to:

  • Publish and distribute the work in print and digital formats.

  • Assign ISBNs and publication metadata.

  • Promote and market the publication.

  • Preserve and archive the publication for long-term access.

  • Produce revised editions with the author's approval, where applicable.

Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The submitted manuscript is original.

  • The work does not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material included in the manuscript.

  • All quoted, adapted, or reproduced materials are properly acknowledged.

Any legal consequences arising from copyright infringement remain the responsibility of the author(s).

Third-Party Materials

If a manuscript contains photographs, illustrations, figures, tables, maps, or other copyrighted materials owned by third parties, authors must obtain written permission from the copyright holder before publication unless the material is covered by statutory exceptions or an applicable open license.

Licensing

Open Access publications may be distributed under a Creative Commons license as specified on the publication's copyright page.

Unless otherwise indicated, the applicable license will be clearly displayed in each publication.

Publications that are not designated as Open Access are protected under standard copyright law, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Reproduction and Permissions

No part of a publication may be reproduced, stored, transmitted, translated, or distributed in any form or by any means for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the copyright holder, except where permitted by applicable law or the relevant publication license.

Copyright Infringement

Omah Kreator Press takes allegations of copyright infringement seriously.

If any individual or organization believes that a published work infringes copyright, they should contact the publisher with sufficient evidence. The publisher will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action, including correction, removal, or other remedies where necessary.
